All tools on this site are provided free of charge, in the hope they are useful. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

3. No professional advice

The invoice, receipt and quotation generator helps you draft documents, but it is not accounting, legal or tax software. Always check generated documents for accuracy, tax rules and legal requirements that apply to your jurisdiction before sending them. The random data generator produces sample data for testing only — it is not a source of real personal information.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Create fraudulent invoices, receipts, quotations or other documents
Misrepresent the source, approval or legality of any generated data
Generate or distribute test data that could be confused with real personal information of identifiable individuals
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the Service

5. Your data

All processing happens locally in your browser. You are solely responsible for the documents and data you create, and for obtaining any permissions needed to use them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Tools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.
